hours

So I went to total sports in Bellville as to that is where I purchased my husband's shoe the supervisor called me on 28th Oct 2017 said it's a manufacturing problem and this is the first time such an incident has happened the manager went and made the hoe of the shoe even bigger digging his finger scratching the loose ends open so am I to continue accepting a shoe that gets scratched further open by the manager... I want this shoe replaced or refunded .Then I logged numerous complaints about my app not working I want to be using the full potential of what I am paying for and who ever said it's resolved when Iv told them it's not . I want this fixed Back to the store so by law isn't the store suppose to be opwn until 6pm for that is the traiding hours why are the people working there closing the door in my face at 17:40 when I raised it this specific lady working there with braids laughs in my face According to the law I could if I wanted to take matters further .So fix my husbands damn shoe or refund me discipline the people working there and I want feed back or you will be hearing from me on a regular base of not il just escalate the matter
