Horrific experience from @home/ Homewarestore

Ordered items online and arrived damaged,now stores can not exchange due to no inter transfers between stores,an absolute **** show!!!!all I need is my damaged items replaced with good ones and to make it worse the sale will be ending .Is this the tipe of service to receive from well known stores like @home? An absolute horrible service i cannot believe it not even head office can assist me,I will definitely take this matter further with ombudsman
