Horrible service with Cellphone insurance claim
Its funny how they cell Cellphone insurance yet it becomes a serious problem when you have to claim I have been waiting for feedback for my cellphone claim for three weeks now. The store is also useless in terms of following up . I will not advice anyone to take up an insurance claim with Foschini its a total waste of time, the consults are rule and lie as well. I do not see myself ever shopping at Foschini again
