HORRIBLE SERVICE OR WAIT NO SERVICE

BASH - never use them - don't order online - don't expect feedback this was the worst service I have every received in my life. They take money from your account in an instant. on 28 Feb 2023 when i ordered my sons birthday gift. On 6 March after me calling them I found out the order was not available to the couriers for collection (I still dont know why? Stock or incompetence) - another 2 days of me calling them after I had enough and cancelled my order - they forgot to send me the email to ask for my bank details to do a refund- this was done immediately while on the call now I have to wait another 3 to 5 days for my money !!!! I got the normal response o the manager is in a meeting - Nonsense people Wake up - Customer service is non excistend at BASH. HORRIBLE SERVICE HOPE THEY GO DOWN
