Horrible Service from your online ordering

I place an order online then have been trying to contact your online department in an attempt to Change my delivery address and all i get is : Dropped Call. The Phone Rings then hangs up when i sent a facebook message i was told to contact them telephonically but no ones answering , The call is just ringing the hanging up for a whole Month i am busy calling and no ones speaking to me
