Horrible Service from their Courier partner

On the 6th of November I received an sms notifying me that my TFG Parcel AAAA*** was out for delivery and I should ensure that I would be on the given address. I did so until 14:30 (however due to business I had to leave for a meeting) but I left my wife at home and she received package from a gentleman called Tebogo at 14:44. Todat (9th Nov) I received another SMS notifyig me that my TFG Parcel AAAA*** was out for delivery and should ensure that I was at the address and I did so literally the entire day (placing my own business at hold) however at 16:48 I received an SMS telling me that my parcel could not be delivered but upon following link that was on the sms it also stated that "Contact Not Available". I failed to understand how I was never available as no courier vehicle arrived at my property nor no call attempt my made to my number. Fortunate enough I discovered that the very same gentleman (Tebogo Collet Maila) that dropped off my parcel on Friday via Route 87 was the very same guy who was supposed to drop it today and upon calling him: 1. He **** straight up and said he was not the was handed the package 2. He was not apologetic about what he did 3. He had no explanation to give me 4. I made an offer to come wherever he was to collect my package as I am not available for the next coming days yet he said he was knocking off though it was not even 17:00 as yet

I further then called Courierit Customer Service Team and I spoke to a gentleman called Darian Govender who was very rude as well, did not make any form of an apology, told me that I had to understand that there are a lot of packages to be delivered, and further told me that the system automatically generates that message when a package is not delivered

I need my package asap and Courierit needs to do something about it because I personally won't lose business while I wait an entire day for my package to be delivered
