HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM TFG

I cannot be given a paid up letter, confirmation of closure of account and status change on my credit because TFG and its debt collectors have to clarify if R24.00 has been paid on a fully settled account

I have repeatedly asked that I am more than willing to pay the stupid R24.00 in order for me to have the requested granted to me nothing but an escalation has been done.

Never again!
