Horrible service delive from tfg online

I bought make up ftom them online in nov 2020 It was 1st of all a nightmare to get all the items i paid for i had to follow up numerous times without any response. When i eventually got a response i had to push to get my money back A item which was broken when collected is still in my posession and i have been battling with their useless staff and their disgusting service delivery to have the item collected and get my money back. Everytime i get promised thst courier will collect the next day almost 3 months later. This place is a joke staff useless and nobody should buy from them online.
