Horrible service!!

TFG (The Foschini Group) I’m very disappointed and to say the least frustrated with the service at TFG (The Foschini Group) it seems no one knows their systems and it’s quite frustrating as a customer to be sent pillar to post to just close an account . I’ve been trying to close the account since the 2nd of May 2025 and a month later that’s still not being done, I realised very quickly that I shouldn’t have opened this account and made a decision to close it after having it for 3months, TFG (The Foschini Group) keeps telling me they can’t close my account due to them owing me money and I should go in store to collect the funds and after countless times going to a physical store to get the funds I’m told I can’t get the funds because they need a slip , I even opted for you guys to keep the money I just want my account closed and I’m being told they can’t close an account if they owe me R100 or more but when I try get those funds they’re not given to me. TFG (The Foschini Group) someone needs to close that account and give me proof of letter of closure cause I can’t keep going up and down for money you won’t even give back and making countless calls and trips to the store and being told different stories.
