Horrible service

Worst customer experience ever, order a soccer boot online and it looks as if it's been used, they refuse to take it back. I also ordered a t shirt online that I needed to pick up at totalsports Phoenix only yo find that they don't have it. The sales person cashier manager were rude and didn't assist at all.
