Horrible service

I bought an item from this store which broke. After going back and forth with the store since the 10th January they said they would refund me. I told them I don't mind an exchange or even repairing the item, they chose to refund. They supposedly did the payment on the 21st January however I still have not received it, when enquiring they said it takes 3 to 4 days to clear. It's been 2 weeks now and still nothing. I asked them for proof of payment and they ignored my email. Absolutely annoyed with the service! Will definitely never give them any business again.
