Horrible Service
Bad bad bad service I bought junior sneakers online using my debit card, 1 when i bought the sceakers the were advertised as available which later i was tild my order has been cancelled they cant find the sneaker anywhere. 2 now im getting a run around with my money ,the email stated that my momey will reflect in 24 hours because i used a debit card its been 5 days and still no funds in my account i dont know why this merchant TFG is not banking they busy holding by money with no service rendered ,the call center agents are even guessing on when the funds will be released. I will never purchase anything from TFG .Horrible service!
