Horrible online service

I bought a pair of shoes online from The Fix. A few days i received an email telling me that my order has been canceled because you can't find the shoes I ordered. The email also said i would get my refund. A week later I'm still waiting for my refund. This is unacceptable. Your call center number rings with no answer. I've sent inboxes, I've emailed and still haven't heard anything from anyone. My order number is P*** process my refund with immediate effect.
