Horrible online experience!!!!
Horrible online experience. I received an sms and email today that my parcel was ready for collection at the Vaal Mall Foschini branch. When I got to the store I was greeted by a rude lady telling me that my parcel is not there, I should come back in a day or 2? How can you then send an email telling me that my parcel is there when it is not!? Absolutely unacceptable!!! Worst service ever!!!
