horrible foschini staff(Foschini Zevenwacht mall)

<p>I went to purchase something at Foshini Zevenwacht mall Sunday 26th February 2017. Had such a horrible welcome into the shop since i spoke to the first person who i asked for assistance...almost like she blatantly overlooked me. She spoke to me almost like im some bum on the streets. Decided to go to the counter and ask for assistance then the lady there told me she is busy,but there was no customers in line.She told this guy to help me but he just ignored me aswell and just hummed his song and chatted on his phone while i stood there like a fool ...waiting and not getting any service from no one. After a long wait i just decided to leave cos clearly no one was gonna help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was not the first time this happened to me either, TFG i really think you need to send your staff for some training,i mean really now Sports Scene, The fix and Totalsports ...i got treated just so horrible...treat the customers with respect. They have this attitude that you can wait till they have time to see to you. I dont know if they maybe shareholders in the TFG or what.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
