Horrible Customer Experience

Horrible Customer service.. I've been trying to contact them with regard to them giving me an incorrect order - I collected the order and it was wrong and damaged, the customer service hung up on me and eventually when I got through advised I can only get a refund! I want the item I've purchased. I was willing to collect and exchange at the store but they are NOT willing to get the item to the store.. Pathetic customer service and honestly such a let down for such a huge company
