HI(THE CELLULAR STORE UNDER" "TFG"

This review is actually in regarding to "Hi" the cellular store under TFG. I recently bought an iPhone XR last sunday. it's 24/09/25 today so that makes it 21/09/25 which is just 3/4 days ago... I recently encountered the phone has a defect of early shut down(10%-9%) and decided to call the store today. The store told me about booking the phone in and having to wait 21 days max and no matter who I call I'll be redirected back to the store. Using a phone for 3-4 days and having to wait a maximum of 21 days for it to get repaired is insane under the consumer protection act.

The before service is very good but after??? You're on your own...I'm very glad to escalate my to the NCC and GSO...
