HI-Online Fourways Mall - (TFG Connect)
the store is known as TFG HI-online. at fourways mall!!!! bought a phone for my mom using they're PAYJOY facility. i specifically mentioned that the payment date should be on the 27th, instead the lady working there put the 20th!!!! not my mom's phone is blocked due to nonpayment and i was not even provided with the details i need to use for the payment during the transaction. now i need to do all the work to sort this out while it could have been done right from the beginning!!!! i don't know if we should stop using PAYJOY or just stop buying stuff from HI!!!
