hi Disgusting Service

So i saw a tablet special on the hi website and bought it after waiting for almost a week and the site updated to "deliverd" i was told it broke on the way to me and it's been sold out and even though there's still stock on some of their stores i cannot get it i must wait for up to 7 days to get my refund do they realise i need the cash to go and buy at the store how much of an inconvinience is that? was the tablet sale even real? I'm never supporting this online business anymore, they've lost a client. what 7 days? is not to just make sure that the tablets are 'sold out' on the stores too? i'v enever seen such a poor customer service
