Hi cellular store in Gateway

Hi Peter My name is Zanele Immaculate Ntombela may you please assist me I bought a phone @HI store in Gateway it was around March this year ,I asked them to debit the money on my account for insurance the only thing they did they debited once and I had to go back to the store to inform them,yet they told me that they will send the email to there insurance company that they are using.I’ve been going to the store each and every month but it like no one is willing to help me ,what really makes me angry is that I bought this phone with R10 000 of which is a huge money that is why I asked for insurance.I spoke to all the workers there they will be like assisting while they are not so it might better if they take their phone back and refund me so that I can go another store where they will be able to assist me when I’m dealing with problems like this.
