Helpless
I am so disappointed as this is such a big group. I made an online purchase in October 2020 and I returned the goods in October 2020. My account has not yet been refunded. I have called the customer care line numerous times and i keep hearing that the items cannot be found yet they are the ones who sent the courier. This is over 6 months and I've basically paid for items i don't have
