Hello my name is Lita Ndawana an employee of the foschini group. I would like to write a review about the experience that I have had dealing with them. On the 29th of May 2026 I was supposed to receive my salary from them after they dismissed me on the 19th of May 2026 and I did indeed receive it which was short with a R3700 and I tried to contact the HR department but there was no assistance on this matter because I expressed my frustration about this situation but no there was no help or clarification of how my money is not the amount I calculated on my payslip. This has caused a lot of distress in my life because the money was supposed to cover my living costs. I will however try to take the matter to CCMA for further investigation and to the department of Labour because I feel like the company may have abused section 34 on the BCEA.
