Having to waiting forever to be assisted

Yesterday late afternoon I went to Jet at Mall of Africa to purchase clothes for my unborn twins. I am 32weeks pregnant with twins, and preparing for their arrival. When I got to the tills I had to wait for almost 30 Minutes before being assisted with the payment. My back was aching, I was in pain, feet swollen. There were only 2 tills operating. I left the store in immense pain. It's unfair to have expected me with such a huge tummy while visibly in pain to wait for the line to move in order to be assisted. You need to have priority for people in my situation. I have to go an exchange one item and dreading it already, because it was a first for me. Other stores, normally assist me quickly, but JET mall of Africa just didn't care.
