Harressment and Incorrect Charges

<p>I have been trying for Months to sort out my account, The due amount keeps changing and additional charges keeps getting added, now up to R160 or something. </p> <p>I had paid up the account and asked to close, shortly afterward got called offering magazine and I said not interested as paid account up. They still added on. This was eventually reversed but not ever get confirmation on due amount. I am still getting calls from legal, threatening me, telling me to go into store etc. Will tavel and Time off to visit will cost me too much, No-one can give me a proper account Of what my capital is meant to be, they say no Collection charged, But apparently letter etc are being added. I have always said will pay the capital that they can prove is correct. I just had a rude "Ms Thompson" Call me know, trying to belittle a client with her tone and attitude like she is superior. I had 6 missed calls on my cell phone today alone. This is Harressment. All I want it to close my Account as am leaving for UK as Told them again on Saturday when they called and told the guys the same thing.</p>
