HARRASSMENT FOR PAYMENT I MADE!!!

I have made payment to my account via Bash online and to my surprise I have been receiving numerous calls and SMS from TFG collections department and I explained that I made the payment. I made contact with their customer service department and was requested to send proof of payment which I have done, they assured that money will be allocated to my account and to date it has not been done, their collections department is still harassing me with calls and SMS for the payment. TFG this is harassment and it is highly frustrating that no one is doing anything about this, you tarnish one's credit records whereas they have done whatis expected of them and you are not doing your part, it is ridiculous and not professional!

I asked for a contact number for the department responsible for allocating my payment to the account, and I was told there is no direct contact number but only an email, I emailed them twice and there was no response, WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS KIND OF SERVICE?
