Harrasment and excessive charges

<p>My account went into arrears and i had made an arrangement to pay a certain amount over 3 months which would bring the account upto date.</p> <p> </p> <p>I kept to these payments,but was constantly hounded with calls,sms's and emails which i found to be ridiculous and i had made an arrangement already.</p> <p>so i called into head office from a store just to see what the status was after the 3 months and spoke to a lady by the name of cindy, rudest woman i have ever come across, her customer service is pathetic and even the guy in store was appologising to me because he spoke to her and she was rude as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>so anyway to go to a different store and just check up that everything is sorted and requested statements be sent to me and i see that there are ridiculous amounts of chargers for all these calls and messages. Amounts upto R20 for an email?????</p> <p> </p> <p>i am very annoyed regarding this as i had made arrangements already and mentioned this to everyone that contacted me so i think its absolute ******* that i should be charged for this.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
