Harassment

I just would like to know what is happening with your call centre for TFG.

I am viewed as a good customer of TFG, recently got a automatic credit increase.

I receive statements, not every month or on time, however I've been an EFT paying customer for years since inception of the account.

The due date is the first of the month, correct? Well my statement and SMS messages received state that's the case. I get paid between the 25 and 26th monthly dependent on weekends.

Question, if my payment isn't reflective by the 27th of the month, why do I receive calls endlessly harassing me, yet it's not the first of the month?

Worse part is the calls come between 7:30 and 8am each day. And they call you repeatedly thereafter for the day every day. During the morning period mentioned above, this is the time where people are dropping kids at school and heading to work, so is there no consideration for anyone's safety ? Surely your call centre should take this into consideration. After 8am to 9am people are settling in attending morning work meetings and the calls just keep coming. I received 8 calls this morning alone, I answered the 8th one because I was able to.

I received this call at 09:38am and whilst I asked the above to the agent calling, she was so stuck to script that even suggestions could not be met with any semblance of humanity. Customer service is not in your customer best interests and seemingly not yours either.

Tfg is such a massive impressive brand and their marketing is so subtle that they don't have to do much to keep customers loyal and coming back. Either way I asked to be transferred to a supervisor who then pretended to answer and could not hear me and dropped the call.

I was called back again at 09:58 by another agent to ask me the same thing again which I confirmed already with the previous agent on call received number 8.

Question, do you guys not like your customers or want to retain them, because there's a huge contrasting difference between your marketing your products the ease of access to them as a customer and your call centre which sounds like the department of corrections checking on a paroled prisoner.

This is not good and I would like someone to answer this and take into consideration.

It takes nothing clearly to lose one customer with a small credit allowance of between R6-8k.

I am going to pay my account up and walk the other way once done.

Your executives clearly don't have a connection with their firms representatives down on the ground, or even seem to know about this style of customer retention.

Did you pay, yes, how did you pay, EFT, okay, what date, what time, what bank, did you pay the full amount due, what was the amount paid, yes. My question was is it the first, and why does it sound like the call no matter what you as a customer confirmed is futile, because they called me back again.

Like I said, the brand and it's marketing means something to south Africans, but your call centre and their service is contrasting and really really putrid and horrid.

I just checked my mobile now, after I sent the above review, guess what, pay a smaller amount not the amount due as I was asked in the past two to three days, to save my account?

Someone needs to review your customer service metrics, you will lose many customers, in my family there are 8 of us who opened a TFG account at the same time, we can walk away, it's not a problem.

This is really disappointing.
