Harassment

I have already made arrangements yet I get calls on a daily basis and I am getting so ****ed, the last lady I spoke to was rude and insisted that she will call me until I made an arrangement with her and I already made an arrangement with Logan a month or 2 ago. I have been keeping to my arrangements since I made them, I would like to be contacted by the manager or superior because this **** is unacceptable. I already explained my situation, what is the purpose in adding notes on the system if your agents can't go back and read them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? I have added my ID number as well as my contact number in order for this to be attended to or someone superior to call me
