Harassment

Month after month, I make arrangements, keep to them.. Yet they still call me numerous of times per day, this is the second time that I have made a post and yet they continue to harass me. I am keeping to my arrangement even though I am no longer working but to call me 3+ daily, that's pathetic. Also most of the time when I do answer no one speaks. This really needs to stop, not sure on which system you keep notes, if notes are added on the system. If I wasn't paying my account it would have been understandable, but I am paying the minimum required amount. And I am sure that I am not the only one that is in arrears or not paying less than the installment and I hate to use the phrase "we are going through a pandemic and I am one of those who has suffered" but that is the honest truth.
