Grossly unprofessional and disorganized operation

I submitted POI documents upon TFG's request as they had offered me a limit increase on my account. That was two months ago. I never received any confirmation that they had been received nor any form of communication stating that the documents were in order. I then emailed *** and received a very poorly worded email with no name, saying that the documents had been received and that they would notify me when they had made a decision. I then asked how on earth they could take two months to make a decision and they responded that there was an error on their side and they had to resubmit all the documents again. The grammar and spelling of these emails is atrocious and the emails have no name on them. How can you be so disorganized and unprofessional? I've been waiting for two months and now you tell me I must start the process all over again.

We confirm that we are currently running a campaign for credit increases via a vendor. This campaign may be communicated to you via sms, telephonic or via post.

We further more confirm that we have since received your application form our Vendor but wish to advise that our system has increased your credit allocation from ******* on the 12th June 2019, prior to receiving your application and therefore you would only be able to re-apply after 31 days which would be after the 12th July 2019.

We wish to advise that if you were planning on purchasing a specific item form either @home, American Swiss, Sterns of Fabiani you could still apply for a credit top-up for this specific purchase.

That still does not change the fact that whoever is working as your 'vendor' is unprofessional and rude. Your choice of vendor is a direct reflection of your company's idea of professionalism and I am wholly unimpressed. Thanks for the whole R318 increase and for letting the whole of HelloPeter know that I know have a credit allocation of R6218. Do you not think that this information is private and confidential and should not be shared on a public platform? Again, where is your discretion and professionalism?
