GREAT OUTSTANDING SERVICE

After my last review of Jet Zevenwacht, of which I've received no feed back, I can't miss the opportunity to inform all here of the great service I've received from Jet Cape Gate. I must mention the name of the lady who helped me on 31 March 2022. He name is Esmeralda. What a great person to have on the other side of a service counter. She is such a great person, with a vibrant personality, that it's always a pleasure to be assisted by her. She assisted me, although it seemed to be a difficult request, but she handled it so much professionalism and with so much pride, that it is worth mentioning it here. This is the kind of people who anyone would want to get assistance from. Keep up the good work Esmerelda, just keep in mind, that good deeds never gets unnoticed.
