GREAT JOB EXACT CAPE GATE

These 5 stars goes to the staff of Exact Cape Gate. I visited this outlet on Friday 30 June 2024 to make some purchases. I had a gift voucher,which I wanted to redeem. At the checkout point everything went smoothly. On receiving my checkout slip,I realized that the voucher wasn't deducted. The sales lady went through my purchases and picked up the mistake. She explained to me,where things got wrong and what I needed to do. I did so and returning, without me standing in the long queue, she helped me. It was such a great feeling to be helped,without wasting my time. Everything was done efficiently and in a very professional manner. I was treated like I'm the only client in a full store. This is what any client should feel.
