This 5 stars goes to Micheal of one2one and the manager of the Fix in the Hyper Market Brackenfell mall. These two employees show that in any bad organisation are good dedicated employees, who cares for the customers. This cannot be said about the newly appointed CEO of TFG. This man sends a stinking letter to me about arrears while he expects me to honer a ghost contract. Then he also charges R2.80 for a sms. Which cellphone service provider charges R2,80 per sms? Then I had to pay R20,00 for this **** of a letter. It is sad to know that these two employees had to work with people like this. Heavens forbids what will happen to them in the future. My plea to these two is to keep on going that extra mile for your clients and it will be rewarded in the future.
