<p>I want to take up a consolidation loan to clear up all my accounts and I have received everything I've requested from all my creditors timeously EXCEPT from TFG. I've had to call three different times over the past 3-5 weeks and every time I call and request a balance statement so I can take it to the bank, they tell me that it will be sent 24-48 hrs from the call... Now as far as I know, 24hrs is one day, 48hrs is two days. Why I have to wait for over a month to get ONE letter is beyond me! If I don't pay, they hound me daily but now that I wanna close off the account they don't give me what I've asked for. I don't even think they deserve any star rating from me because of their ****ty service. </p>
