Great experience with Mark

<p>I placed an order on Monday the 29th of August and on the website I was adviced that delivery will take 3 - 5 days. Usually my orders take 2-3 days on standard delivery so I decided to check with TFG online(today, 01 Sep) if my order was gonna get to me by Friday. Spoke to Mark who adviced that my order seemed to have not moved and still hanging on the initial stage of the process. He promised to sort it out and give me a call.</p> <p> </p> <p>30 minutes later the order status changed to despatched and long story short; I've just received my order from the courier guy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mark did an incredible job and got my order to me within 4 hours after I had called him. He was patient, understanding, prompt and nice to spea with. That is amazing customer service!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can management please give him public acknowledgement and maybe a small token of appreciation :) I'm still in awe.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mark is a keeper TFG, he's a keeper. More businesses need consultants like Mark.</p>
