GOODBYE TGF

GOODBYE TGF : Outstanding amount in lay-buy card for items I paid out for and collected.

I have been a loyal customer to TGF for so long and have their laybuy card.I love their clothes and I use the labuy card a lot.Recently I found out that I have an outstanding amount on my laybuy card ,ofwich the items that they say I still need to collect I collected already and pain the amount.They have no proof that I have laybuy with them because they cant find it in their backroom.I have proof that I have paid.So this put me off about TFG because I cant make anymore laybuys now :( :( . Your staff needs to focus when they entering information in the system especially when processing payments. Someone please sort this out.
