"GLITCH IN THE SHOPPING MATRIX"

This is the second time i have made an online purchase with Total Sports Online and they immediately took my money from my account and the very next day, I received an email to inform me that there has been a glitch in the system and that my order has subsequently been cancelled with no further details or information. This is unacceptable as they provide no means to rectify the "purchase" and provide zero information about the status of my money spent on the purchase. This is a disgrace and i am extremely unhappy!
