Gift Card

<p>I recently received 2 gift cards for my Birth-day, I went to the American Swiss store in Heidelberg Mall and wanted to use the cards to pay in on my account. I do not want to use the cards as I do not need anything from the store or TFG stores.</p> <p>The 2 Shop assistants was not help full at all they just refused to try and help me, after I lost my temper they called there Customer service which also refused the transaction- I feel I should be able to do with my Gift card what I want!</p> <p>The service from the store was terrible, I also work for a National Retailer and we refund the money for the customers if they so whish.</p> <p>Do we as customers not have freedom of choice anymore.</p>
