Garbage service

Tfg is so *********** with customer service and not in store that's where I've received great service. Here I'm trying to open an account in 2023 they decline with a unintelligent reason. I call to place where they insinuate the problem originate from and that place say no all is in order. I try to open again now February 2024 guess what same story then they say try again in 3 months what for to get the same stinky service without results. What ****ed me off is that my credit score is great and my payments is on time and when I asked the call center consultant they couldn't even tell more then what the system gives them and when I asked to speak to a manager even worse. They didn't even or didn't wanted to check if the systems reason is true. This company is really horrible to the core.
