Funeral policy claim

TFG has not responded back to me after a claimed made for a family relative.The team leader that dealt with the issue has not returned 1 single call this is more than 5 working days as advised previously. NO explanation NO apology POOR & ********* services provided

I will not refer anyone to take a funeral policy with TFG
