FUNDS DEDUCTED, ITEMS NOT RECEIVED.

On the 18.12.2021, i purchased items for 258.00 at RFO Philipi branch. The amount was immediately deducted from account , but the cashier says the amount was not received on their side. i Was advised to come back after 72 hours as the fuds might reverse back into my account, and on the 23.12.2021 i went back again to advise that the funds had not reflected. The Store manager Blossom, then asked if i wanted a refund and i said i wanted the items as they were gifts for my loved ones. She then said she will email head office and i should come again the following day, when i got there on the 24.12.2021, Blossom advised she was still waiting for response from the head office and it might take 10days, which was not what she said on the 23.12.2021. At this point i just want my R258.00 back as it clearly shows it was deducted from my account.
