FRONTLINE STAFF NOT PROTECED AGAINST COVID

I am a family member of a staff member that works frontline for the ffoschini gropu and she cant return to work until she gets a test done, i think its rather unfair that the staff are not covered or a test especially frontline. i tried callingthe HR dpt but there is no answer. where must the staff get R850 to do a test and their hours were cut so it means less pay. also she isolated for the 14 days and had no symptoms whatsoever.

How cn such a reputable company not have provisions for their frontline staf
