Hi, I have been found that my Tfg account balance has shot up drastically over the past few months.

After investigation it's been found that I have been subscribed to a magazine that has been accumulating on my account.

I have never accepted such a magazine and I remember getting a call from a call centre a long time ago selling such a service to me. I requested the call recording from Tfg however I got no assistance.

I refuse to pay for a something that I have been subscribed to by error or **********ly.

I have been back and fourth with emails and phone calls to Tfg trying to get help for this error to be ammended but no one seems to be of help.

I feel fraustrated being a long time customer of Tfg n always having my account up to date.

Please can I get some help.
