On 18 December 2021 I purchased a Xiaomi Mi Portable Photo Printer priced at R199 on the Hi online store. On 21 December 2021 I collected the item from Sportscene Cresta. To my dismay I received a car charger instead of the photo printer I ordered and paid for. I contacted the online sales department in this regard and I was told to arrange the return of the car charger. They refuse to provide the item I ordered and paid for. Furthermore I noticed that the Xiaomi Mi Portable Photo Printer was removed from the website immediately after my order was "processed". It is evident that the Xiaomi Mi Portable Photo Printer was wrongly priced as the price reflecting on the viewed items on the Hionline website shows R999. I am disgusted at the underhanded manner in which Hionline conducts business. I will definitely be forwarding my complaints to the Consumer Ombudsman.
