I paid off my account August last year and used it once this year in January to buy something amounting to R260, last week i received a statement saying i must be R1366 because my account is in arrears. i took the statement to the nearest shop only to discover that someone made a replacement card in Durban while i stay in Bloemfontein and have never been to Durban. my question is how do they issue replacement card without my ID, their consultant said she will send me a list of what was bought and details on what to do to have the matter resolved. such ********** acts are affecting our credit score

We have also attached to the email your February 2019 statement which reflects the ********** purchase, as SAPS might request to see this when assisting you with a case number and incident report.
