I ordered air force takkie at foshini Retail group on the 20th of October my parcel was out for delivery yesterday the driver who was suppose to deliver my parcel deliver my parcel to a wrong address ,the lady told the courier guy that parcel doesn't belong to her he insisted to leave my parcel with a stranger am so traumatised I want that driver to be fired and if not so am laying charge against foshini group that they deal will *********, I wont pay for that sneaker foshini is so *********** they don't care about the customer I have escalate this matter no one cares I want foshini to deal with his mess the courier that they use is Dawn wing I have send an email to Mitsio Von Willingh he did bother to came back to me because they are aware of fly by night dawn wing my order no:p*** I need answer o

I am so disappointed on tfg group how they to have treated me I feel I not important to them because my query is not resolved the email I have got from them says I have received my parcel I want that person who send an email to call me and tell be where my parcel was delivered tfg g they are so careless they dnt protect customers as if we don't pay am still waiting for a call no one call me they send a wrong email I wont rest till a get answers with the service I have got from tfg group they are so *********** and negligent
