FOSHINI MOOKGOPHONG AND ONLINE SALES

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I baught Solomon shoes on the internet but I phoned before and asked how does the returns work we only have foshini and exact they said no foshini is fine, even on my online invoice it states that I can return the goods to any foshini in SA, so in my lunch hour I went to foshini to do a credit on the shoes as they do not fit me???????? Low and behold the one lady very rudely rep**** they don’t do online terurns????? I said well this is what they told me online and this is what is printed in black and white on my invoice?????? We sorry sir we don’t??????? so I phoned online while I was in the shop, and they also said that it cant be done??????????? Im like ok what the hell this is what my invoice states, so that is ********** information?????????? I waisted my own money to phone head office as the store said they cant phone so they phoned from my cell, I was in the shop almost the whole hour, I am very disappointed this is now the second bad service I got from this branch?????????????????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the way to do business…</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get back to me as the last time you guys did not get back to me????????</p> <p> </p> <p>Please find attached file with proof that the invoice states that I can return it to any foshini in SA</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p>
