Foschini/monitor insurance disappointing

I'm very disappointed with TFG insurance, I was told that reported the claim late, I've been honest with them as I was not around to report early had hadn't no documents with me nd I was never told about time frame when opening an insurance with them, nd I've been insuring my phone never had a problem till this time nd to my surprise they still collecting monthly premiums
