Foschini TFG unsealed cosmetic products

Foschini sent me an open tester product, which I ordered online through the bash app. I am so upset as to how I could receive a tester when I paid for a sealed product. Imagine how many people have tested the lip kit, how unhygienic for customers through this flu prone era. The store hasn’t contacted me, I’ve sent an email but received no response.
