Foschini lack of Feedback
I was invited to apply for a store account 2 weeks ago. I am constantly asked for information like payslips and ID copies but when i ask in store it is declined but i continue to get these requests I have tried calling, emailing and no constructive feedback at all
Shame on you Foschini - you are meant to be a leading retail outlet but cannot give feedback to your customers!
